Our Founder

Kostadinka Staleva has over a 20 years experience in Cruise, Hotel, Hospitality and Property management businesses. Most of her experience comes from Supervision and Maintenance Tourist, Facility and Real estate businesses.

Since 2012, she has been developing and implementing her very own concierge and facility management system in Berlin.
She is fully dedicated to all Privy Berlin unique and special clients.

Education:

Comprehensive education and professional expertise in housekeeping and hotel management, with distinguished training from renowned institutions such as Kempinski, Carnival Cruise Lines (Miami), and Seabourn Luxurious Yachts (Singapore).
